  • large handful of cilantro⁣⁣
  • 1/3 head of cabbage⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp white vinegar⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil⁣⁣
  • juice of 1 lime⁣⁣
  • salt & pepper to taste⁣⁣

Directions

  1. Finely (and I mean FINELY!) slice the onion and cabbage into paper thin shreds so that every bite has perfect proportions.⁣⁣
  2. Finely chop the cilantro and add everything to a bowl.⁣⁣
  3. Add your vinegars, olive oil, and the juice of one line.⁣⁣
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, and enjoy!
