What is the Organic Olivia Herb Club Program?
This program allows you to earn rewards based on the amount you spend. with every purchase.
I have OO Cash. Can I still use it?
You can still use your remaining OO cash. Just add a product to your cart and apply at checkout!
Can I use my OO Cash on my recurring subscription?
No, OO Cash cannot be applied to any existing recurring subscription order. OO cash can be applied at checkout for any new order of one time or subscription orders.
How do I join the Organic Olivia Herb Club Program?
Once you make you first Organic Olivia purchase, you automatically join our Herb Club Program. While OO Cash can no longer be earned, you still get access to other rewards and perks.

Where do I view how much OO Cash I have?
To locate your OO Cash, log into your account and navigate to your Wallet section. To use your OO Cash, be logged into your account and upon checkout you will see how much OO Cash you have available to use.
Does my remaining OO Cash expire?
Yes, your remaining OO cash expires 104 weeks from the time earned. Make sure you are logged into your account and you can use your OO Cash at checkout.
Can I convert my OO Cash into a Visa Gift Card?
The OO Cash that is earned through purchasing can only be used towards purchases made on the Organic Olivia website.
I was part of the Herb Club Tiers, am I still there?
Yes! The Herb Club Tiers have stayed the same - Seed, Sprout and Bloom. With every purchase, you move towards the next Tier level and enjoy added rewards and perks such as free shipping at $50 (for Sprout and Bloom members), and 10% off all orders (for Bloom members).
I am a Bloom Tier member, does my 10% apply to all purchases?
You get 10% off all orders site wide excluding major sales and subscriptions.
