The story behind the formula

I've always needed extra lymphatic support as someone with a sensitive body and gut who's prone to inflammation. Since SO much of our lymph lives in the gut (hi GALT, gut-associated lymph tissue), I've noticed that whenever my digestion is sluggish, my lymph tends to get stagnant too. Traveling, flying, or anything that disrupts my system can leave me feeling puffy and uncomfortable for days after, even with all the legs up the wall in the world. Digestive Juice and Liver Juice have been my go-tos for getting things moving internally, but I wanted something that could round out the detoxification collection – a formula focused on gently boosting lymphatic flow for sensitive bodies. And that's how this daily tincture was born!

"Over the past couple years, I have dealt with persistent rashes on my face that I deduced were caused by a sluggish liver and lymphatic system. I’ve tried many tinctures over the years and I have to say this is the best one! I took three dropperfulls 3 to 4 times a day when I was in my worst of symptoms and then dropped down to 3 dropperfulls twice a day as a maintenance for a few weeks after I saw my skin beginning to clear. Now I take two dropperfulls once a day or every couple days as a maintenance to keep my system eliminating toxins effectively. I also noticed it affected my menstrual cycles! They are lighter, shorter, and with nonexistent cramps!! I don’t mind the flavor at all, it’s slightly sweet and herbal. Take it straight in my mouth without mixing with another liquid.
