For a gentle detox
Keep your lymph (and energy) moving
About the
Formula
Why it Works
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in daily detox, immunity, and cellular waste removal—but it doesn't have a pump like the heart. It relies on movement, breath, and the support of certain plant allies to keep things flowing properly.
This blend was designed to gently encourage lymph movement, especially during times of stagnation (illness, stress, sedentary periods, travel, hormonal shifts). Each herb was chosen for its ability to support lymphatic drainage, reduce swelling, and help your body release what it no longer needs—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized.

The story
behind the formula
I've always needed extra lymphatic support as someone with a sensitive body and gut who's prone to inflammation. Since SO much of our lymph lives in the gut (hi GALT, gut-associated lymph tissue), I've noticed that whenever my digestion is sluggish, my lymph tends to get stagnant too. Traveling, flying, or anything that disrupts my system can leave me feeling puffy and uncomfortable for days after, even with all the legs up the wall in the world. Digestive Juice and Liver Juice have been my go-tos for getting things moving internally, but I wanted something that could round out the detoxification collection – a formula focused on gently boosting lymphatic flow for sensitive bodies. And that's how this daily tincture was born!
