"I am on my second month of the Collagen and Beef Liver and I am pleased with the results. My hair is growing faster and my nails seem a lot stronger. I appreciate it coming in capsule form and that I no longer have to mix powder into my morning coffee."
"I wanted to love this supplement, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. I took Organic Olivia’s Beef Liver + Collagen supplement for about two and a half months at the recommended dose. Toward the end, I developed cystic breakouts on my chest and upper arms, along with a noticeable increase in hair shedding. After looking into possible reasons, I wondered whether the concentrated nutrients - particularly vitamin A from beef liver - may have been more than my body tolerated well. Everyone responds differently, and many people may have a great experience with this product, but I wanted to share my experience in case others notice similar symptoms. One thing I would suggest is starting slowly rather than going straight to the full 6-capsule serving. Looking back, I wish I had eased into it and given my body more time to adjust. For me, the potential benefits weren’t worth the side effects I experienced, but others may tolerate it much better than I did."

"I have been taking this supplement since 03/26/2026. I stopped taking my other supplements on purpose so I can see if this supplement actually works. I have not been fatigued at all, my energy is so high, my skin looks great, & I’ve been sleeping great. For the first time, I did not experience spotting before my period & I did not have pms symptoms. I usually have some hormonal acne before my period & chin hair, but not this time.
