    Chaste Tree Berry, also known as “Vitex,” has been shown to have hormone modulating properties thanks to its ability to support the HPO (hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian) axis. 

    By helping to support balanced estrogen and progesterone levels from the top-down, Vitex helps to ease mild PMS symptoms pertaining to mood, cramping, breast tenderness, blemishes and more. In traditional herbalism, this herb is known as a “pituitary amphoteric” or an overall endocrine normalizer specific to sex hormone balance.*

The story behind the formula

No one wants to deal with PMS symptoms each month, no matter how minor or mild. "I have been using this supplement for over a year maybe even two! It's a great supplement that works well. When using it you can easily see a difference in how your body feels. From helping with temperature regulation to helping your cycle come on time. When I get my cycle while using this supplement there is less pain. After a long time of consistent use, I noticed little to no pain at all. Just feeling uncomfortable of course (since periods aren't fun) and less clotting issues. I also still experienced common pre period symptoms (cramps, back pain, and headaches) but nothing too crazy. My only two gripes would be the supplement size and usage. I would love to see a bigger bottle one day as a plus! Lastly, you have to be sure to take your supplement on time and consistently. If you are like me and struggle with irregular cycles, you MUST take this 2-3 times a day and never skip a day. This is so it can work efficiently. If you do this, you should get healthier, consistent, and improved cycles. If you stress or have quick changes in your weight this will most like throw off your period even while taking the supplement. So please keep that in mind. But overall, so happy to have found this supplement I will continue to buy! This is literally like putting a clock on your body and making your cycle come on time ha-ha."
