Digital Workshop
Make Art with the Body You Have: hEDS/HSD Edition
A practical, permission-giving 30-minute workshop on reimagining movement with hypermobility. Guided by Taylor Goldberg, chiropractor, hypermobility coach, and founder of The Hypermobile Chiro Inc., you’ll learn what hEDS and HSD are, how they shape your movement experience, and how to adapt any practice to meet your body where it is today.
We’ll build skills in autoregulation so you can choose the right effort on the right day, learn how to find and maintain a stacked position for joint-friendly leverage, and explore common hypermobility patterns that often make movement feel harder or less predictable. Together, we’ll walk through these themes and give you practical options to work through them, so you feel confident regressing or progressing any movement practice, from yoga to lifting and everything in between.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and a set of simple, repeatable exercises every hypermobile human can use to build strength, control, and confidence. The goal is sustainable movement that expands your life not your symptoms, so you can make art with the body you have and keep creating.
