Follow your (he)art: a community workshop for expressing your truth through art
COMMUNITY SERIES 04
About this workshop
We’re all born with a gift that’s uniquely ours to share with the world. Whether or not you consider yourself “an artist”, there’s a well of creative expression within you waiting to be tapped. But so often, our bodies and brains hold us back as we’re wired to stick with what feels safe, even if that safeness keeps us stuck. In reality, true freedom comes from connecting to our heart space and living a life where we courageously share our truth, our magic, our art.
Join Elizabeth Cordova, founder of Eliza Gets Intuit for an evening of meditation and creative expression. We’ll use breathwork to calm our nervous systems and access our innate sense of play, then move into a guided collage-making session to give visual form to our inner truth.
Collage making is multipurpose here—
- We’re training our intuition to trust our creative flow
- We’re making space for our inner child/teen/artist to run free
- We’e connecting with new friends and building community
- We’re crafting an energetic artifact infused with magic and intentions
- We’re having fun, being silly, and remembering that truth-telling can be joyful!
Sharing your (he)art with the world is a radical and sacred act. And it’s one of the most powerful ways to come home to yourself.
Join us Friday Aug 15 for a night of connection, creativity, and community.
