Rosehip Relief Gummies

Herbal gummies are a really fun and delicious way to integrate herbs into your routine. They are especially great for picky eaters and young children who aren’t necessarily as willing to drink herbal teas or take tinctures.

The key ingredient in these gummies is grass-fed gelatin which happens to be incredibly gut-healing. Gelatin does a whole lot more than just make gummies jiggle. Gelatin is a powdered protein that is predominantly made up of an amino acid called glycine. Glycine has been shown to be very healing to connective tissue in the body, specifically the gut lining. It also has been shown to modulate overall inflammation in the body and free radical damage.

With the addition of our Rosehip Relief syrup, these gummies are especially supportive for sore muscles and can also expedite the healing process of injuries. Rosehip Relief is a deliciously potent extract designed to be taken directly after exercise to help ease temporary muscle soreness, aid recovery, and support a healthy inflammatory response… making these gummies the perfect treat post-workout!

SERVES

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of water (or the liquid of your choice)
  • 3 tbsp of Rosehip Relief (you can use more or less depending on how potent you want them)
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tbsp of grass-fed gelatin

Directions

  1. Add the water to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer
  2. Add rosehip relief & maple syrup
  3. Add in the gelatin one tbsp at a time and whisk together repeatedly until it mixes in without any clumps
  4. Once it’s all mixed together, let the it cool just a bit before pouring into your gummy molds of choice. If you don’t have molds, you can definitely just pour this into a glass pyrex or tupperware and then cut into the shapes of your choice once they cool
  5. Place your molds in the refrigerator and let them harden (roughly 2 hours)
  6. Once they have hardened, you can pop them out of the molds and store them in an air-tight container in the refrigerator

You can get really creative with herbal gummies! Try swapping Rosehip Relief for Elderberry Syrup in this recipe if you’re aiming for a more immune-focused version. Enjoy!

Summary

Ideal for picky eaters or a fun herbal treat, these gummies offer an easy, delicious way to integrate potent herbal support into your daily routine, especially after exercise or injury.
