Today I’m talking about how “perfectionism” is not a permanent trait that we’re shackled to – rather it is a protecter we’ve created to cope with stress and shield our inner child. By getting in touch with and healing that inner child (and doing the things that scare you to prove to yourself that the world *isn’t* going to end), we can take the “managers” and “protecters” off the clock and get back to the true self. ♡
