You are that girl Olivia!! I’ve been having sleep problems every night; waking up multiple times a night and staying away for way too long. I have liver issues and I wake up around the time that my liver is detoxing… Which has led me to be exhausted for months. I remember you made a post about honey helping you sleep better. So I went wayyy back to look for this post. I Took a half teaspoon of honey last night and a half teaspoon of MCT oil. Let’s just say I almost cried because when I woke up because there was sunlight and I’d slept through the whole night!!! I’m sooo thankful for you!!
