Gluten-Free Oat Flour

Most affordable gluten free flours are made from rice, corn or soy. Those flours these tend to be gritty, have an aftertaste, or can even taste a bit bland. Oat flour is the closest taste I’ve found to wheat and gives cookies, muffins, waffles, and pancakes a gorgeous rich flavor. I use it in almost all of my recipes as a 1:1 substitute for wheat flours.
